Summer Weddings

Since spring and summer are right around the corner, I thought I should also post the wedding Robert and I did in August.  (AND I AM LOVING HAVING A BLOG) This was our very first "professional" wedding.  It was a great experience!  After each wedding we shoot we realize how with each couple we have the opportunity to get creative in different ways.  Shelly and Jay had a beautiful beach wedding.  The day started out cloudy, but the sun came out just before the ceremony.  Here are just a few shots:

Since we were running out of time (Mandy is due February 25) Robert and I had to schedule a last minute maternity photo shoot.  It was our very first one!  Ben had just come home from the gym, which is why his face isn't shown in any photos.  :)  Here are a few of my favorites:

The Porter Wedding! 1.28.2011

Robert and I were grateful for the chance to shoot our first wedding in the winter!  The cold air was actually refreshing--especially for the Bride and Groom!  They were eager to take as many outdoor pictures as possible, which was so much fun.  They are an amazing, adventurous, and GORGEOUS couple.  Out of the 1000 photos we gave to the happy couple, here are just a few.  Congratulations again Kaitlin and Caleb!
